Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Psychodynamic Therapy explores how your past experiences, unconscious mind, and deep-seated patterns shape your present emotions and behaviour.
By increasing self-awareness, Psychodynamic Therapy helps you understand what is keeping you stuck and recognise recurring responses to familiar situations.
Elements and patterns of your unconscious mind surface and we explore the meaning of these thoughts, feelings and beliefs. It helps you find the knots and gradually understand some of the early blueprints that are still guiding and defining your current relationships and life experiences.
A conscious understanding of these patterns can help you make powerful and positive changes to your life.
Depending on the issues you present, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy can be approached in two ways:
1) Time-limited Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
We agree on 12 to 16 sessions according to the issues you present, 50 minutes per session.
2) Open-ended Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
There is no set date to end the process. We will explore all aspects of your life to understand why you are struggling: 50 minutes per session once or twice a week.
Counselling–or talking therapy–is about having a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings. As a therapist, I may share insights to support the process, but the focus is on helping you discover the answers you need.
With the right guidance, you can gain clarity, develop new ways to cope, and make meaningful change.
Progress looks different for everyone. Some people notice a shift after a single session, while for others, it takes time.
With ongoing support and guidance, you should gradually start to feel a sense of clarity and improvement as your counselling sessions unfold.

Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy for couples or individuals is a highly specialised form of therapy that combines psychosexual therapy, relationship counselling, and broader psychotherapy to offer holistic support.
What sets this approach apart is its focus on the connection between sexuality, emotions, and psychological wellbeing.
Rather than addressing only physical concerns, Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy explores how life experiences, mental and emotional health, and personal relationships shape sexual feelings and behaviours.
By incorporating relationship dynamics, this therapy also considers how sexual difficulties can impact the way people interact with one another – and, in turn, how those interactions may influence intimacy and desire.
Each Session:
50 minutes for an individual.
60 minutes for couples, polyamorous and trouples.
RTT® is a therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques to provide people with the tools they need to make positive change.
This personalised approach works with clients to help them reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions – many of which they have carried with them since childhood.
Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT goes beyond this and focuses on identifying how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviours were formed. It then utilises the leading scientific principles of neuroplasticity to enable the creation of new neural pathways in the mind.
The work is based on an initial consultation where we identify the issues presented followed by 1 to 3 sessions.
Sessions:
Approximately 2 ½ hrs per session.
You will be provided with an audio recording which you will need to listen to every day for at least 21 days after your treatment.
